Shipping Policy

Processing time:
Orders placed on working days before 23:59 will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your parcel.

Shipping costs:
We offer free worldwide shipping regardless of order value. NORDHOM bears shipping charges and applicable import VAT and customs duties; customers will not be asked to pay these separately on delivery.

• United Kingdom: 4–9 working days
• Netherlands: 6–8 working days
• Belgium: 6–8 working days
• Germany: 5–8 working days
• Other EU countries: 4–9 working days
• Other destinations: estimated delivery time varies by destination and will be shown before payment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

International shipping:
We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout.

Delays:
We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimates shown. Customs checks, public holidays or carrier disruption may affect transit time. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will investigate, update you and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Lost or damaged parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived, please contact us at support@nordhom.com with your order number. Photos of damage or the tracking details will help us investigate. We will work with the shipping provider and arrange the appropriate resolution. The risk of loss or damage remains with NORDHOM until you or a person you designate receives the goods.
